Jerry Jones Guitars

Jerry Jones from Jackson, Mississippi opened shop in Nashville, TN in the early 1980s. He was building customs for Music City patrons and working on his own designs. He also did repairs and adjustments and that is how he got his hands on a Silvertone. The classic cheap guitars were popular among some famous players. From that repair, Jerry Jones became a fan of Nathan Daniel, the  luthier behind most of the Danelectro, Silvertone and Coral guitars. Jerry met with Daniel in Hawaii.

Jerry changed some electronics and manufacturing techniques, but he basically made Daniel’s designs.
